September 2025* | Informationsdienst | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I really appreciate how easy it is to manage all aspects of virtual sites within the Syncplify server system and the fact that virtual sites are completely isolated from one another including user management. The encryption at rest feature is nice. > > **Nachteile**: The Syncplify Ultimate edition is a bit pricey compared to the Professional edition, but may be necessary if your situation requires encryption at rest for the virtual file contents or you have more than 3 virtual SFTP sites. > > Overall a great experience with the Syncplify server software with the ease of managing sites, user permissions and security. ----- ### "Robust FTP solution with outstanding customer service" — 5.0/5 > **Marko** | *15. Mai 2025* | Onlinemedien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Easy to deploy, intuitive to use, and highly reliable. Syncplify offers a strong feature set and excellent support. We've trusted it for years. > > **Nachteile**: No issues whatsoever. The support team’s quick and knows their stuff. It does everything we need. > > Our overall experience with Syncplify Server\! has been excellent. It's a stable, secure solution that performs reliably day after day. The setup was straightforward, the interface is clean, and support has been consistently responsive and helpful. ----- ### "Best SFTP server we've tested" — 5.0/5 > **Christina** | *21. September 2026* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Genuinely comprehensive secure file transfer solution without the enterprise price tag. The audit trails are detailed enough to satisfy compliance requirements, the AI powered threat protection catches things proactively, and the high availability setup across multiple nodes has been rock solid. For regulated industries needing HIPAA or GDPR compliant managed file transfer, it covers everything without needing a dedicated team to maintain it. > > **Nachteile**: The SyncJS scripting has a learning curve if your team isn't comfortable with JavaScript, and the initial configuration takes more time than simpler SFTP solutions. That said, both are really just the natural tradeoff for having this level of control over your secure file transfer environment. Once everything is configured properly it runs reliably without much ongoing maintenance. > > Solid experience overall. It took some time to get fully configured but once it was set up the way we needed it, it just works. Reliable, secure, and the kind of tool you stop thinking about because it quietly does its job. For organizations that need enterprise grade SFTP server software with proper compliance controls without paying IBM Sterling prices, Syncplify sits in a sweet spot that's genuinely hard to find in the secure file transfer market. ----- ### "Syncplify server is reliable for everyday SFTP" — 5.0/5 > **Chris** | *26. When we had questions, support was fast and helpful.
