> **Vorteile**: I liked that we could customize the tests, and create individualized invites or a general link for each assessment. The tests seemed well-calibrated to the specific skillsets we were testing for, and we had the ability to select which assessments to use.

On the free tier, you're also not able to download the results for offsite use. We had to depend on the candidates sending us the PDF of their results.

Scammy billing methods

> TestGorilla has a fishy business model and customer support that is below any standard I have ever experienced in the past ten years I've been in this industry.

I was charged for an annual subscription I will never use. When I contacted customer support to politely explain my mistake, I was attended to by anonymous representatives who did not follow up on my case and did nothing to help me.

Any other service out there would have just suggested a partial refund and a cancellation at the least, but their tactic is just referring to their non-refund policy and ignoring the customer's issue.

I will make sure none of the companies I work with will ever be involved with this service.

Do yourself a favor and STEAR CLEAR\!
