When asked for support to customize, you are constantly pushed to their development services which are very expensive. I never hired them but when I interviewed them to consider hiring their "experts," I realized they were the same support team members that "did not know" the answer and referred you to the development team.

> It ended up on a bad note. Their customer service is really bad and they are always trying to sell you consulting. But the worst is their contract. I terminated the contract and they want to force me into paying for 11 additional months after I terminated the agreement.

> **Vorteile**: The support structures are varied and valuable. Prerecorded videos, guided learning sessions, online help (VERY useful), etc. The new Flex system is really good for me (as a non-programmer). The interface between the Bridge and Flex helps me make the transition relatively easily.

> **Nachteile**: To get the system to do some of the more complex things I want it to do, I must have programmer help. I didn't realize the extent to which I would need programming to set the system up to do what I wanted. The expert sessions are rather expensive.
