As they suggested, I downloaded my data, informed them and repeated my request for a refund. I have repeatedly contacted them via email but have received no response. Two years later, I learn they are continuing to charge the card. After talking to five people in the company and providing the cancelation documentation AND their acknowledgement of the cancelation, they refused any resolution. With the number of online and ongoing purchases we make today, untrustworthy vendors are just not worth it. > > My experience with JustCloud is that they are inflexible. When I realised this, the JustCloud team repeatedly encouraged me to reactivate the account and whilst they said they couldn't guarantee I could recover my files, suggested I give it a go. They try to charge not just the cash going forward, but also the money since your account was deactivated. I would be happy with this if they had my files. After pressing them repeatedly, they admitted that my files had been deleted and I would never get them back.
