It is the most comprehensive, detailed and straightforward HR system I have personally used, and I wholeheartedly recommend it as a user, and I imagine it is very straight forward to administrate as well given how easy to navigate it is. > > **Nachteile**: It is very hard to be negative / suggest improvements about workday, but I would say the one thing stopping it from being a complete user friendly system is the lack of customisation, for example there is no ability to set your own theme / colour code certain things which may cause accessibility issues for some people.
