Juli 2026* | Musik | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: My experience with WIX overall is good. Today my experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] was exceptional. I manage a site for someone else, and he is always asking for changes to his site, which I did not originally create. \[sensitive content hidden\] assisted me in navigating some issues that needed advanced care the bot was naot able to pinpoint. I have been a customer of WIX for a long time and it's good they are keeping up with the new developments in tech. Thanks WIX\!\! and of course, \[sensitive content hidden\] \! > > **Nachteile**: Today, my experience was excellent, so no complaints\! Generally tho, considering the whole experience for users who are not tech savvy, it's a little tricky to understand the terminalogy about what to call something. Like.... I needed to find an arrow, but it would have helped to have a clearer name for where to find the arrow. It was in the design section, but you would think an arrow was a design feature. Just sayin' > > Nice\! Fairly Easy To Get Around\! Very happy WIX has live person customer chat when the bot doesn't cut it. ----- ### "Build Your Website With Wix\!" — 5.0/5 > **Eduardo** | *20. August 2026* | Bau | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Wix makes building a website ridiculously easy, even if you’re not tech-savvy. The templates look great, the drag-and-drop editor is super intuitive, and there are tons of features to customize your site exactly how you want it. I also love how quickly you can get something polished and professional online. It’s flexible enough for beginners but still has plenty of tools if you want to get more advanced. Overall, Wix is a fantastic choice for creating a website without the usual headaches. Definitely recommend it\! > > **Nachteile**: One downside with Wix is that there can be a bit of a learning curve once you start digging into the more advanced features. With so many customization options, things can feel slightly overwhelming at first. Also, some features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get a little frustrating if you’re trying to keep costs down. Still, for most basic website needs, it’s pretty easy to work with. > > Overall, my experience with Wix has been really positive. It’s super easy to use, and I was able to get my website looking professional without needing to know much about coding. The templates are great, and there are plenty of options to customize things and make the site feel like my own. I also like how quickly everything comes together. There are a few things that take some getting used to, but overall, Wix makes website building feel pretty simple and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend it. ----- ### "its overall a good product" — 3.0/5 > **Tenequia** | *11. September 2026* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I really enjoyed how much value you get for the money. It had lots of features my favorite was how i was able to learn hot to create my own personalized website. > > **Nachteile**: It was really hard when i first attempted to create the website. It was very hard to understand, but ireached out to customer service to help me. > > overall wix is a 8/10. It was really affordable and the website gave customers the opportunity to make orders and payments on site. ----- ### "Excellent Support During a Difficult Domain Issue" — 5.0/5 > **Elizabeth** | *28. Juli 2026* | Design | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Wix is a powerful platform with excellent design tools and flexibility. The customer support representative I worked with was patient, professional, and stayed with me until my issue was properly escalated. I appreciated that my concerns were documented and that I was given a ticket number for follow-up. > > **Nachteile**: The process for recovering a domain associated with the wrong account was confusing. The account recovery form appears designed for login issues rather than domain ownership issues, which made it difficult to know the correct steps. It would be helpful to have a dedicated domain ownership recovery process or clearer guidance. > > Overall, I've enjoyed building with Wix and appreciate its features. My recent issue with my domain becoming associated with the wrong account was stressful, but the support I received today was excellent. The representative took the time to understand my situation, escalated my case to the ownership team, documented my requests, and answered all of my questions. I hope the ownership team is able to resolve the issue soon. ----- ### "The best editor for beginners. Extremely satisfying." — 5.0/5 > **Humayoun** | *22. September 2026* | Maschinerie | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The user friendliness even for beginners, is excellent, as is the first-class support. If something goes wrong, the support team is always there to help. Callbacks are received within minutes and the quality is simple and top-notch. You can easily and intuitively design your website and offer your products. Wix enables simple and fast, professional looking website creation. > > **Nachteile**: Loading times are sometimes relatively long-limited possibility of integrating other tools. Wix is generally easy to use and clearly laid out. > > Wix helped us create our website for the first time.
