We also have an issue with workflows overwriting each other, depending on which one was submitted first. > > Generally, I love the foundation of the product. I wish that the customer support was better and server issues weren't a concern. We have found a lot of work arounds for the process issues we have, so do wish more improvements could be made around the core system instead of other modules like Bryte AI. We've only been on UKG for 2 years, so am hoping to see more development in the future. Many tasks, such as pulling reports or making a historical corrections require multiple steps. Support does seem to require a lot of trial and error which can be frustrating. Accruals and pay codes can be complicated to understand as a new user and for staff to understand. > > As an HR Generalist using UKG Pro primarily for payroll and timekeeping, my overall experience has been mixed but generally positive. UKG Pro has a lot of cool reports and functions however it requires significant training and ongoing system knowledge to use effectively.
