Becoming more and more customizable which is great and making it easier for the user to find content. The tagging system is simple and works well along with the smart match function which targets content to you rather than bulk displays. One key strength is the ability to ask a question about your business and crowdsource the best answers all with a trail. There are multiple content types you can post which could be simplified to help the user. The app is a web app and is currently lacking usability on devices but this is soon to change. Great privacy settings for all aspects of the platform. Overall very happy with the desktop version of the tool. In addition, the customer service is incredible, always happy to help, they are keen to build a relationship with you to create a tool that works
