It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers.
