> **Vorteile**: I like how easy it is to log in, employees can update their own info alleviating my liability for accuracy. I've been using Run by ADP for almost 15 years and I've never had an issue\! Jump in and use ADP -- other sources I've tried weren't nearly as helpful or easy. Chat function is helpful as well as getting a real person on the line\!

> **Vorteile**: RUN does make tracking employee's times and employment info easier. Managing all of their information in one place.

> **Nachteile**: RUN is not always intuitive to someone who is not an HR person. Some areas are a bit lagging but overall, my LEAST favorite thing about RUN and ADP is how they use your membership to do nothing but upsell you. I can't get ahold of a person when I need help but time and time again, someone reaches out wanting me to upgrade my account.

> Overall, I would do it again but wish there was a smaller, less expensive version for my small company that didn't include continuous attempts at upselling products and services my company doesn't need.

> **Vorteile**: Workers comp flows nicely and it's used by most accountants and book keepers. I like that our financial planner can easily access the retirement funds and can help us manage that portion of our employee benefits package.

> **Nachteile**: The most challenging and least attractive thing about ADP is running reports. As a small business, I am literally HR and "contact your admin". When a health insurance rep asks me for quarterly reports- I have no idea how to do that. I also don't have time to work with the chat function or call. ADP is trying to be too many things.

> I have had a very difficult time managing this product on my own while running my small business. I can't keep up with all of the requirements that an HR department would.

> **Vorteile**: It's very easy to use as the employer and employee. I like that I have a lot of control over things and pretty easy communication with any help I need. Every customer service rep is very helpful. Most of all, I love my rep - \[sensitive content hidden\]

> **Nachteile**: ZipRecruiter doesn't get a ton of applicants. The pay structure doesn't work for sales companies very well - I have to onboard people as salary or hourly, even though they're not paid that way. This shows up on their check stub, which can be an issue. I also get really frustrated with the message that pops up every time I enter pay asking if I meant to pay the person that amount. It takes extra time and messes up the flow of entering payroll. I find the 401k website difficult to navigate and manage. It feels outdated, I can't usually find what I need.
