## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Easy to use for staff\!" — 5.0/5

> **Amanda** | *8. Jänner 2024* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: The system is user friendly and all my staff say its so easy to use. They love it\! Which is a huge improvement from our last solution. I like that time off requests can also be handled within the same system.
>
> **Nachteile**: There are a couple reports that I would like to see a bit more detail or formatted a little differently, but that's a wish not a need. It's very functional, just a couple things that could be nice to make it even more efficient.
>
> We needed a new solution for timekeeping and Buddy Punch came through\! Onboarding and integration was so easy. Once I figured out all the setting options, it's really easy to customize to exactly what you need. Employees love using it because it's so straight forward to use.

> **Mark** | *22. Mai 2025* | Logistik & Lieferkette | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: It's super easy to punch in and punch out. It's also easy to track the people on leave and so we can plan better.
>
> **Nachteile**: I don't have anything I don't like about Buddy Punch so far. Everything is smooth sailing from the day we started using it.
>
> It was a great switch for us. It's easier to use and track people's in/out and leaves. The picture during in/out can also be a way of fun if you use it to your advantage.

### "Good app. More user friendly" — 3.0/5

> **Camila** | *4. Jänner 2025* | Verbraucherdienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I really liked that the app was very to the point, meaning you didn’t have to make many clicks to understand its features.
>
> **Nachteile**: I believe it does need a tad bit more personalization items, making the app a tad bit more pleasant to the eye would be a plus.
>
> It was a good experience, it does what it should, but comparing it to other systems I’ve used before it’s lacking some features.

### "Simple, Reliable, and Effective Time Tracking with Buddy Punch" — 5.0/5

> **Wendell** | *30. Jänner 2026* | Politische Organisation | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: What I liked most about Buddy Punch was how simple and user-friendly it is. The platform makes clocking in and out easy for employees while giving managers clear, accurate time-tracking data in one place. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, which saves time when reviewing hours or preparing payroll. I also appreciated the mobile app and GPS/photo features, which add accountability without making the process feel complicated. Overall, Buddy Punch helped streamline scheduling and payroll while reducing errors and confusion.
>
> **Nachteile**: One downside of Buddy Punch is that some advanced features are lockeds which can be limiting for smaller organizations. Occasional mobile app glitches and syncing delays can also be frustrating, especially for staff in the field. The reporting tools, while useful, could offer more customization, and integrations with certain payroll systems are somewhat limited.
>
> Overall, my experience with Buddy Punch has been positive. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and has made time tracking and payroll much more efficient. While there are a few limitations with advanced features and reporting customization, the system performs well day to day and helps streamline workforce management with minimal hassle.
