Mai 2026* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: What I like most about Monday.com is that it is very easy to understand and visually clear. It helps organize tasks and projects in a simple way, and the boards are very intuitive. It is also flexible and can be used for different types of teams and projects. > > **Nachteile**: What I like least is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans. It can also become a bit confusing when there are too many boards or tasks. For very large projects, it may feel less structured than other tools. > > My overall experience with Monday.com is positive. It is a great tool for managing tasks and teamwork, especially for people who like a visual style. It is easy to start using and does not require much training. However, for more complex project management, it may not be as powerful as some other tools. ----- ### "monday.com centralizes sprint planning and improves deployment velocity" — 5.0/5 > **Estrella** | *24. August 2026* | Computer-Software | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The automated ticket generation from CI/CD pipeline alerts streamlines our incident response. Real-time board updates keep our DevOps team synced on active deployments and critical hotfixes. > > **Nachteile**: Advanced filtering for complex telemetry logs has a steep learning curve. Tracking retention settings across high-volume dev boards requires periodic manual admin cleanup to manage noise. > > monday.com significantly improved our engineering team's task management and sprint velocity. Automation features cut manual standup prep, making deployment tracking clear and reducing incident resolution times across our entire software workflow. ----- ### "AI new features" — 3.0/5 > **Roxana** | *29. April 2026* | Animationssoftware | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We can add different column types, I like to design and it's easy to use, I love the templates and the automatizations. Nice customer support. > > **Nachteile**: The Monday.com Vibe always have mistakes and didn't work correctly, I am starting to use Claude instead of Vibe to create my charts and AI views. > > It’s been a great experience over the past two years, and we’ve really valued the platform. However, the recent AI implementations haven’t been as effective for our needs, and the associated costs have become quite high. At this point, we’ve been relying more on tools like Claude, which have proven to be more efficient for our workflows and significantly more cost-effective compared to our current usage of Monday.com ----- ### "Mondy is for all" — 5.0/5 > **Eli** | *15. Juni 2026* | Elektrische/elektronische Fertigung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: monday.com makes it much easier for our team to stay organized and know what needs to be done. We use it to track tasks, customer service follow-ups, phone messages, internal projects, and ongoing work across different parts of the business. I like that everything is visual, easy to update, and clear for the whole team. It helps avoid things getting lost in emails or random notes, and it makes it much easier to follow up on work that needs attention. > > **Nachteile**: Some parts can take time to set up the right way, especially when building boards, automations, and workflows that fit your exact business process. It is very flexible, which is great, but that also means you need to spend some time organizing it properly so it does not become cluttered. Once it is set up well, it works very nicely. > > Overall, monday.com has been very helpful for keeping our business organized. It gives our team one place to manage tasks, track follow-ups, and see what is going on without needing to search through emails or messages. It has improved communication, accountability, and productivity for us. The platform is user-friendly, and the flexibility makes it useful for many different parts of the business. We are happy with it and would recommend it to other small businesses that need a better way to manage daily work and team projects. ----- ### "AI that speeds up work but needs a little tuning" — 4.0/5 > **Christopher** | *5.
