> **Nachteile**: No direct integration with Jira Service Management.  Configuration is not straightforward.  Documentation is poor.  License renewals in the past have had multiple salespeople reaching out.  We have never had 1 account rep.

> The interface is a bit dated, but it provides valuable insight into our domain authentication and access.  It comes in handy during SOC 2 audits for log retention and availability.  Customization can be difficult and non-intuitive.

> **Vorteile**: The ease of initial setup and the reports that can be generated from it are what drove me to want to use it initially.  It has so many features that can be used and the setup can be very complex if you really want to dive in, but the nice thing is that it can be done over time.  The initial setup to get it reporting and allowing you to make changes from it are very easy and quick.  I have had very few issues with it and when I did have to reach out to support, they were very helpful.  Quick to respond and answered all my questions.  One of the best features of this product is the cost.

> **Nachteile**: I would say the only issue I have with any of the products is the amount of RAM that it takes to run the applications, but at least before, that was cheap.

> Overall it has been great.  Very easy to use and setup.  Gives me the reports that i need and allows me to monitor AD in a way that is what i need.
