The user-interface is extremely intuitive; multiple team members including myself were able to jump in right away with minimal orientation/training. This happens more frequently than you’d expect, resulting in the customer being charged twice and our organization having to refund them. > > For myself, I use formstack more with our Boomer’s Kids Club and is the primary way for parents to sign their kids up and for us to collect payment along with their information for the sign up. The organization also uses this as a way to help sell group tickets. The link can be sent out to specific groups and is a way for individuals to purchase group rate tickets with all info and payment going directly to the account rep rather than having one individual collect all payments and distribute tickets. When fans purchase, they either select mail or will-call.
