> **Nachteile**: I don't love the auto-included conditional rules that come in on the templates. I also don't love certain aspects of the ERD importer for SFDC. There should be more flexibility with what we do or don't include on the imported ERD. The tables are also not easy to work with.

> **Vorteile**: It is a good diagramming tool with nice data features. Their integration is good, their visualization is dated, but ok. They have very lowlearing curve if you just want to use it for diagramming. Overall, feature-wize, it was just enough for me.

> **Nachteile**: they blatantly lie about the price on their services and they are impossible to cancel. I needed an additional data capabilities for a client. They suggested to use Enterprise plan and gave me a quote (about $25 per month). They charged the difference and i though i was all set. However, 2 days later they charged me $70\! . I tired to contact them. I tried to cancel the plan. There is no phone, no email, no possibility of canceling online.

> I was happy to use them for 6 years. However, the unethical practices and inability to cancel drove me to change the provider. I cannot rely on the company that rips its customers.

> Visual clarity is needed in planning events. I find this to be a strategy mapping tool. It is necessary in project design but the cost is built up fast.
