> **Vorteile**: Simplified the construction documentation and approval process. It is a great software to use as a central repository for submittals, photos, etc. It makes it much easier to provide reviews, feedback and approve purchases, and well as to download drawings and other documents.

> **Nachteile**: The construction projects that use ProCore don't put their project schedules in ProCore, leading me to believe that the functionality is not easy to use. I also find it difficult to switch between projects, as only the company name is the home screen versus include the project names.

> Overall, ProCore has helped me and my team significantly with documentation control, submittal reviews and approvals, and downloading and reviewing drawings and photos.

> **Nachteile**: Cons: It is not for a small company and a beginner. As a beginner, you get overwhelmed by the multiple features that Procore has. Price is costly for a small company
